Problems With Bitdefender Total Security 2012

Hi,

I purchased a licensed installer of Bitdefender Total Security 2012 last March 2012 which is good for 3pc's and a validity of 2 years. I successfully installed it to my laptop, my wife's laptop and my sister in law's laptop as well. Recently i faced problem with my laptop wherein the autopilot mode of Bitdefender Total Security 2012 is not working. my question is do i have to reinstall it even if i already consume the total number of pc's required? hope you can help me out of this problem.

Many thanks!

  • Hello cloyd and welcome to the forum,

With the same license on the same machine you will be able to re-install as many times as you need it, without limitation.

NOTE: Before you perform re-install, don´t forget to use Bitdefender Uninstall Tool 2012 first. (right click< run as administrator).

    Best regards.

Since you mentioned the problem is with the laptop, please be aware that if the "Laptop Mode" is enabled, and you are running on batteries, several "Auto Functions" will be disabled. This in turn will switch Auto Pilot off. Just a thought!

    Good luck!
