[resolved] Bitdefender 2012 Cannot Be Installed On Your Operating System

Hello,

I bought the product "Bitdefender Total Security 2012" and I have installed it on two computers. However, I can not install it on the asus netbook, windows 7 starter 32bit. I need to know how to do it in this system. I bought the product because on the site there was no restriction for the different versions of windows 7 and now I can not install it on my netbook. =/

Yes, I already have the service pack 1 installed on my netbook.

When I have tried on the first time to install the program the error that appeared was "Bitdefender Cannot Be Installed On Your Operating System". Now when I try again with the software that I downloaded on bitdefender webiste nothing happens. Just appear the image attached in this message and automatically disappear. :wacko:
