Problem With Bitdefender And Windows 8

I just bought the Total Security 2013 but I think it doesn't work well on my Windows 8.

I have Windows 8 Professional and everything looks fine, when I installed my BitDefender nothing weird happened.

But I'm having a problem, when I press the right button on a file or folder the BitDefender Options (like "skan this file", "file shredder", etc) won't appear to me.

what can i do?

P.S.: I installed the offline version

now i'm having other problems:

- The Tray Icon is gone;

- It takes like FOREVER to boot Windows;

- Sometimes the Windows Action Center says the Firewall and AV is turned off, but in my BitDef Central says everything is fine;

- The Active Virus Control keeps turning off by itself;

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).

In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
