I have a licente for 3 PC/2 Years.
Since 30-08 the support didnt solved my problem.
Since 11-09 I didnt receive any answer besides my mails.

I have to use another programs to protect my PC when a I have a valid license of your product.
That's been the worse experience I ever had about support.
Last year I had the same problem with other license but you solved by changing the license.
