Provided Key Does Not Work

Hi,

When I download from the provided link in the registration email and install Total Security, it does not accept the activation key provided and I loose all internet access!!! The only way I can communicate via email with you is by completely uninstalling Total Security.

PLEASE HELP as I am unprotected right now!
