I have lost the password and now I cannot change the settings such as ,,antivirus" or ,,antispam" from off to on.Is there a way to repair this problem?

Writing down your password and hiding it somewhere where only you can find it,
or better still, using a Password Manager might have prevented your problem.
I would suggest that you contact Tech support for assistance, as they should be able to assist you!
