Problem While Downloading

This Time the issue of downloading has reoccur but now its with even default browser manager's


i can only file after downloading.


I Cannot See progress bar of downloads in download manager as well as in idm..


BDIS 2013 build 16.21.0.1504.

  • I have the same issue. When I download a file, there is no progress bar, file name, time estimation, nothing. There is no sign that the file is being downloaded. The loading circle keeps spinning and spinning (just like when you opening a webpage). There is no download confirmation but the download is actually in progress. When the download is finished, the browser tells you that the file has been succesfully downloaded.


    There is no download confirmation, you don't know anything until the download is finished.

    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
