Hello everyone.....new member..... Just purchased BD a day ago and running into a problem. Now I have sent and created a ticket with support as well as created a file using their support tool but no response to date.
1.) When clicking on "Dashboard_" or Safego or ID theft protection, my browser opens up to a blank site which is totally black.
I am using IE9 I also tried Firefox same issue.
I have chatted with tech support also and as indicated have sent information to them using the support tool supplied by them. But no response.
Appreciate help from the members, thanks in advance
