Can't Activate My Bitdefender 2013

Activation Key: [3 user Pack - Purchased from R.S.Computer Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, India]


I am from India and bought TS 2012[3 User Pack] March this year. Since then, BTS 2012 works smoothly.


To Upgrade my TS 2012 to 2013, I uninstall TS 2012 thru BTS uninstall Tool and then, I installed TS 2013 from web.


After Installing, It shows error "Your Bitdefender License is Invalid".


I still have 168 days remaining but I cannot activate TS 2013 with the same key.


Now, I am using my system without any protection.


Im using windows 7 x64 [Dell Laptop].


plz provide me best solution or provide me a new key.


I also send a mail. But, no reply yet.

    good luck with getting answer from the forums... i have the same sort of problem after upgrading by recommendation of support.. and no answer for weeks.


    basically your on your own if the software does not work.. it has not always been like this but lately the support is not too good.

    Received mail from Support Cell saying that my BTS 2012 is a special offer pack and asked me roll back to BTS 2012 from BTS 2013.


    So, I uninstalled TS 2013 and reinstalled TS 2012. Now, Its works fine.


    Any how, I can't able saw the new facilities in BTS 2013. Bad Experience and waste of time.
