I unistalled bit defender total security 2012 with the tool, and tried to install bitdefender total security 2013 using the "bitdefender_tsecurity.exe" tool.
I get the message "There was an error while downloading one of the instalation files. Do you want to retry?" The progress window says Downloading Installer.
When I retry, usually it fails. Twice, Retry has resulted in a partial download with repeated download failures, but eventually crashes.
I am able to download from other servers with no problems. I have turned off Windows Defender, Windows firewall, and all download accellerators.
