Problem With Console Password Not Being Recognized !

I have a desktop with Bit Def total sec 2013. My settings are ok...all aggressive. Problem is my sons got the same program on his lappy through my wifi. He cant set firewall , spam properties etc due to password wont work. This password glitch has just recently happened to me , when i experimented by changing a setting. My password did work on both comps, but not anymore. Ive bought program for 3 comps btw. I've had to put my website on hold till i get this fixed. I'd very much appreciate it if you could help me out with this one : ) Being a Bitdefender client for years this is the 1st time im coming to you for help, couldnt manually work it out in the registry....i phail ! thanking you in advance........
