Safebox Deleted 10 Folders From My Pc...

I backup my Master Degree folder with Safebox. 16 folders are backed up to Safebox. When I look to my computer, the folders been disappeared. When I try to download the folders from the web, it goes to another page and don´t download anything.

I try to contact support and they don´t respond.

I'm really nervous.

Any ideas?

hmm not looking good. your customer support should be extended to the forum and not just the point of sale. as power uses normally choose forums to ask more hard core questions you really need to answer questions on a daily basis here and if you cant cope then your development team must be making some buggy code. as power users normally look to forums to ask hard core questions then what is the purpose of this forum and my subscription?
