Stuck On Installation

I downloaded the trial of Bitdefender 2013, and it's stuck on installing, specifically on this stage:

(If image not displaying correctly, it's done downloading, scanning bar around 2% filled, and haven't started installing)


It's been like that for almost 2 hours now. Anyone know what's happening?


Windows 7 64bit.

    This happened to me many times!If it gets stuck and you let it finish as soon as it's done it will start the program but with errors like autoscan disabled and other stuff.just stop it through the task manager.Kill every bitdefender proccess and run the uninstall tool.Then start again and pray it won't get stuck!Usually at that specific window the scan should finish fast and then wait for the download.thats the way you understand if it works right!hope this helps!

    Download offline installer and then disconnect internet connection before installation and then proceed with according to the on-screen instructions.
