Bitdefender Windows Updates Problem

Hello guys ,

I am new on this forum , so I really don't know if I'm posting in the right section.

My BitDefender Total Security 2013 Works fine , but when I use the wizard : BitDefender Windows Updates

Sometimes it works fantastic but sometimes ,the percent of progress messes it up so i have to cancel the whole process and download and install one update by one update , that's very boring ,

You may understand me well when you see this screenshot
