Bitdefender Ok My End!
Respect to Christian for reply. It seems as the issue was my end.
Two things, 1: Firefox had me working through a proxy 127 blah blah. God knows How?
2: Was I had enabled my BT email address into my Infinity Router as explained via their forums. Once I enabled default all went well with speedtest.net....

Please remove the proxy setting from Firefox and restore the router to factory settings and all should be OK.

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).
In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
