[resolved] Bitdefender Internet Security 2013

I have to turn off bitdefender in order to watch a blu ray dvd.

I had the same issue with spyware doctor. Normal dvd's seem to work

O.K. but blu ray's won't play unless I completely disable bitdefender.

Is there an easy way to temporarily disable bitdefender?

Do you have the option to Auto Scan CD/DVD media turned on?

Could you please sent it to Ask every time?

Put back the Blu-ray DVD in the unit and when prompted to scan it, please choose Cancel.

Thank you for your reply. I tried your suggestion and it still didn't work.

I still had to disable everything. I also tried to turn game mode on.

Same result.

Just installed WinDVD Pro 11 and that solved the problem.

Was using HP MediaSmart. I did take your suggestion and

and set the CD/DVD autoscan to Ask Every Time.
