Multiple Issues. About To Get A Refund.
Hello,
since my license for bitdefender 2012 is ending in a few weeks I bought a bitdefender IS 2013 license last week and upgraded the software on my pc. Thats when the problems began.
1. The events screen is bugged and often does only show buttons for antivirus and one other module.
2. Updates require restarts over and over again.
3. Today I got a notification for an antivir event, so I wanted to check out whats wrong. Problem is.. The whole event log is empty.
I allready tried repairing, removal with your tool (which gives an error for "executing additional tools") and reinstalling.
Nothing worked out.
Little Bonus: after reinstalling the remaining days dropped from 77 to 30.
I'm now downgrading again to Bitdefender 2012.
Is it possible to use Bitdefender IS 2012 with a Bitdefender IS 2013 license?
If yes, I will give you the chance to fix it and upgrade in a few months, since I used to be happy with bitdefender.
If not, I will demand a refund.
