Bitdefender Can Not Be Installed

Hello.

I have encountered a major problem. I was trying to install "bitdefender_av_2013_64b" into Windows 8 64-bit operating system but I did not succeeded. Nothing special happened: I run the setup, follow the guidance but at the end of the installation, my computer (ASUS K55VD) restarts by leaving the BitDefender almost installed. In addition, sadly, after it boot_s up again to Windows metro menu it begins restarting repeatedly. After few restarts, Windows “Recovery” shows up.

I am really looking forward to hearing from Technical Support team members.

Use this uninstall to clean the leftovers:

Reboot now and install the product.
