Upgrading From Bitdefender Ts 2012 To 2013 Didn't Work

I tried both the suggested methods for upgrading mt BD TS 2012 install to the new BD TS 2013 version. It kept giving me a invalid key when I entered my 2012 license key. Also, I checked My Products list. I'm very confused since I have valis subscriptions for both 2009 and 2012 running. Is there any way to combine those? I have no idea how I have 2 diffrent ones going.
