Bitdefender Rescue Disk Stoped Booting

I have similar problem that was mentioned in the other tread in addition that I couldn't boot an older Dell PC either. Up to the last update that I had I was able to run BitDefender rescue disk without problems, but after that I can't even use my older version anymore. Now I just downloaded and burned the recommended version, but have not tried it yet. According to the other person it didn't help him. Because you probably want to know my setup anyway, I will give the details here:

System is done by myself

Gigabyte MB: GA-P55-UD3P

Intel CPU: i7-860

RAM: Kingston HyperX PC3-12800 RAM 8Gb

Graphics: HIS Radeon HD 6770, Dual Monitor setup

HDRs: Western Digital Black 1Tb, Western Digital Green 2Tb, NO RAID

Sound: M-Audio Audiophile 192

DVD burners: LG Super-Multi 20, Asus DVDRW DL

No over clocking

  • Some more information. It seems to be or can be Windows 8 related because I use the Windows8 64bit in my system and my 32bit Lucid Puppy linux did not load either, but the Fat Dog puppy, that is 64bit OS, did. I am actually writing this whit that Os and FireFox.

There might be some other matters in effect, but this issue I do know at the moment. Does BitDefender come in only 32bit program or is it available also 64bit? 64bit brogram might solve the problem if that is Windows 8 related problem. There is supposed to be some Security issues relating to booting with other OS.
