Installation Not Working - Cannot Use The Software

Because the officual support is not giving me an answer, i will write my problem here:


i have here a new machine with windows 8 64bit. The system was clear, so no other big software on it. I was just installing bitdefender 2013. But during the installation i had a crash and after that i was not able to enter my system. How often i try i cannot do anything, if i restore my whole system and starting the installation of bitdefender 2013, the system is crashing again. Could somebody please give me a solution?
