Whats The Average Turn Around Time For "support"?

Hey, I'm just curious if anybody knows what the average turn around time is for support to get back to you after you send them the file from the "support" tool?

I placed the original ticket on the 13th, heard back from them on the 14th asking me to run the support tool and send the resulting zip file to them in a reply e-mail. I did that on the 14th, and I haven't heard anything one way or the other since..

Just curious on a time frame of some sort,
