Firewall Failing To Block Connection
I'm using a program called "repair_windows.exe" for maintenance of my icon cache and temp folders. It keeps wanting to update to a newer version whenever I load the program. I do not want to do this and I'm trying to block it from phoningg home using BitDefender's Firewall.
I have repeatedly clicked "Deny" in the Firewall rule that is created, yet BitDefender is NOT blocking it's internet access.
Why?
