Can Bd Repair/install Be Run From Safe Mode

If run in safe mode on Win 7 Pro 32bit...will repair-install run and work the same as if run in regular Win 7 ?

For Safe Mode, I recommend you to run the uninstall tool:

Reboot in Normal Mode and reinstall the product:

This kind of situation is possible win7, 32-bit applicable to general version, 64 or a few.
