Total Protection Can't Update Virus Def?

hi guys

I have been having this problem for about 2 or 3 weeks now. I download the manual update from the link on my previous topic (Manual Updates) (64 bit).

it starts the update but then stops with an error message that the file bdupg.cab is missing. and the update can't complete. after that it rolls back the installation.

what could be the problem? this is the first time this has happend. :wacko:

Just to add. I have formatted my PC after this started and reloaded. Also reloaded B/D but i still have the same problem.
