How To Block Messenger And Some Web Adress

Hi everyone,

Does anybody knows how to block msn messenger and some web adress (without know ip address), this is because, i want to block msn messenger, and their webmessengers, i've just block the .exe file but if i've tried to conect before the bitdefender 10 load, the firewall cant review that and allow me to conect to menssenger.
