Trouble In Renewing My License For Internet Security

Hi,


I am having difficulty in renewing my license. When I input the license key on the Bitdefender.com's renewal page, it said it is invalid, but for some reason, I was able to access it fine on the UK server. Is there anyway you can fix this?
