Constant Portscans Block Event

I want to know if i shoudl be worried that im receiveing a lot of portscan blocked event coming from the same ip´s daily


these are the ip´s:


156.154.70.22


and


8.26.56.26


im receiving constant portscans from those ip addresses.


is this normal? should i contact someone?
