Bit Defender Antivirus Plus 2012

Hey,

I just bought a Bitdefender antivirus plus 2012 for 1 user for 1 year validity. I installed using ma registration code given in the cd box. The software checked my system for virus in an awesome way seriously. It was simultaneously downloading the update as the installation was going on. After the software got install, I opened my Bitdefender. It again showed to register or Buy now. As I did open my register now thing and I entered my registration key. The message showed like, "The license key you have entered doesn't match the product type you have installed on this PC. this license is for Bitdefender antivirus plus". I install Bitdefender antivirus plus 2012 only and then also it shows like this. I couldn't use my software as well. Please, Help me out with this.

Hello, I just realized that my Bitdefender has not been updating the virus signatures. It says the account is still pending activation. When I click on the "Resend activation" link I get an unexpected error message.

I need this fix right away. I am wondering why there are so many problems when I try to install and license the product. I also had similar issues with 2011 version. As an IT professional, if I am having this much trouble, how can I recommend this product to my clients and friends?

Your absolutely right. I was like this is the top in the world and I gave it a go. Now, I'm still with no antivirus in my system. I just wanted to keep my computer safe since I updated it. Hope, the help desk people helps us out.
