I have recently picked up a few ad items.


Trojan.Downloader.JS.Laugma.AD


Trojan.Downloader.Gpqs.A


Adware.Mediatick.A


Bitdefender has not been able to eliminate these, and they are not listed in the virus library.


Any help on eliminating them would be great.

    Hi autoessentials


    Could you please tell where BitDefender finds these items? To know the location open BitDefender go to general,events.


    If they are located in recycler or in system volume information then you have to do this go to start,my computer,rightclick on the my computer icon choose properties,systemrestore,check the option disable system restore on all stations. Confirm it. Uncheck the option afterwards and confirm by pressing on apply and ok.
