    This is the exactly same link that my brother use to contact support. After sent, he got a auto generated email says it will reply within 24-48 hrs (lie). He waited for weeks turns into months without no response. Same goes for phone, chat impossible! Very rude and lying company!

    The least anyone can expect when parting with hard-earned cash on safety & security online is respect... Bitdefender seem to be showing their true colours publicly, and don't seem to care about it. So in a way why should anyone expect any more from a company who only see their customer's experience of them on a P&L balance sheet? :(
