Bd Browser Toolbar, Not Showing
I recently drop Nortons, done allot of research and picked DP for my VP. I purchased Total Security 2012, had a few problems one of which was no browser toolbar. Never seen the small drop down tab either, and I run my mouse arrow all over where it was supposed to be(left side below the tools tab). With the problems I had and no TB I decided to try the 2013 version. Same problem no TB or drop down tab anywhere.
Also I had no web pages open when I turned it on. Now I do have the TB in my email. Anyone know the problem?
I will say this, on the 2012 version I did see the drop down tab one time. It was right after I had to reinstall DP 2012, it wasn't long(within hrs) it was gone again never to be found.
Here is a link, showing where the tab is supposed to be, I got from another thread on this site, the thread is closed so I couldn't ask my question there.

I uploaded and ran it. It saved a folder to my desktop. Am I supposed to send the whole folder(10.2MB) of go inside the folder and send part of it.

The tool should create an archive at the end, not a folder.
Please try to delete that one and re-run the tool. Send me the report via PM.
