Good day all


I recently bought BD 2013 Antivirus Plus. I placed the disc in my DVD drive and nothing happens. I right clicked the drive and clicked on open and a dialog box appeared and said please place disk in drive. I thought maybe my drive packed up so I tried putting any other kind of software in the drive wether it be gaming software or a music cd and there was no issue reading the cd or DVD. I am running windows 7 Home Premium SP1, Intel Core I5 760 Processor, 4 Gb Ram, Samsung True Direct DVD Drive


If anyone could give me a resolution to my problem, i would appreciate it
