For the last 3 week I been trying to renew the new BitDefender TS 2013, but when I enter the new license key I bought, I receive this message: " We are not able to validate the license key you entered".
I contacted Customer Care and they give some "solutions", that I followed step by step, but still could not register the new key. Since November 1st, I haven't received any answer. Now I am in 30 days trial, because I uninstall it and install it again using the CD that I got in the new version. My 2012 license key will expire in 5 days, so what can I do?
