Updating Every 10-20 Mins

Hello

I'm using bitdefender internet security 2013 on a windows 7 operating system.

The last days bitdefender keeps updating every few mins and it's always the same files.

I do get regular updates to inbetween the small updates.

I also have 2 spam folders in my main bitdefender forum,the folders have different names,but the files and size are identical to the other folder.

BD updates one folder then a few mins later the other.

I did a repair,didn't work,then a clean install and still having the same problem.

Any help would be great

And now the hourly updates are gone too,just every 10-15 mins.

Only files from the spam folder get updated.

Now i have 2 parental folders too,they are multiplying.

Updates still happening every few mins and the hourly normal updates have become 5-6 hourly updates.

I'm gonna wait for help a little while longer before BD loses yet another customer.

Hello

All of our products keep the previous update signatures and the current one. If the user can not receive the latest update of for some reasons is corrupt, the product will revert automatically to the previous one without downloading any files.

Also, some updates are delivered every 15 minutes, especially those for the AntiSpam module.
