Registration Key Problem

I recently upgraded from Total Security 2012 to Total Security 2013, but the registration key was not renewed like the update thread said it would. Once it installed I logged in and everything, but it's still currently a trial version.

My key was from a 3 PC pack, and my computer is only the second one to use it, so there is still one use left. I don't want to enter the key again in case I accidentally use up the last one unnecessarily.

Is there any way to get the full version back?

Clearing up that issue, glitch, is something Christian will have to help you with on their end. Be assured, you are fully protected and secure, as Bitdefender trial versions are the complete fully functional and running version. The only difference are the days, due to the trial version or a licensed version. I believe depending on where you downloaded it from is a 30 day trial, so that should be plenty of time to get this resolved for you.
