Bd-f Internet Security 2013 Wont Accept Autoscan

Thanks Christian for replying I did exactly as prescribed in your instructions. The pop-up window does not come up asking for a password anymore (that's fixed) but when I click on autoscan it does not enter that mode...autoscan will not turn on.

Anything else I should be doing?
