Sorry for the late response.
Does BD give an error when it tries to search for updates? Maybe the error is shown in the screenshot, but I don't know Chinese, so please type it here, in English
Also, try to change the update server. Open BD Security Center, click Advanced and go to Update -> Settings. There, at the Primary and Secondary Update servers, try one of the following:
http://upgrade.bitdefender.com (default server)
http://upgrade1.bitdefender.com
http://upgrade2.bitdefender.com
http://upgrade3.bitdefender.com
http://upgrade4.bitdefender.com
Also, check that your proxy server settings are correct.
