I have received 2 e-mails from a company who say they are acting on behalf of bitdefender. They say I signed up to automatic renewal and on the 29/11/12 they will debit my account and renew my antivirus.
I tried going to the link as stated, to cancel this but when i put in my order number nothing happens. I have also tried contacting Bitdefender direct but I cant seem to get through to them and have not had any replies to my e-mails.
Has anyone else had this problem ?
Does anyone know how to cancel this automatic renewal?.
if anyone from bitdefender reads this, can you arrange for someone to contact me.
