Hi there I am in need of assistance.


I recently paid for the bellow services and I am unable to get past the ''installation in progress''


and then it seems to get no further. I have it going on now as I type and have been waiting for a long time.


Bitdefender Total Security 2013 (up to 3 PCs, 1 Year + 6 Extra FREE Months)


Bitdefender Premium Services - Windows Debugging (1 X Premium Service)


Bitdefender Premium Services - Install & Configure (1 X Premium Service)


could you please advise how to move past this step and get your services up and running???
