I cannot get BBC iplayer to work, they have suggested my firewall/antivirus settings are blocking, via their reply below. I have checked but can't see if this is the case or not
I would suggest that you check if your internet firewall and/or security software is preventing BBC iPlayer and/or Adobe Flash Player from accessing the internet. If that is the case then ensure appropriate permissions are set within your internet firewall and/or security software.
