Outlook Express 6 Tollbar With Bd Plus 10

Please don't laugh. I need to maintain a Windows98 workstation for support purposes. I had to reinstall BDplus10 and the toolbar for Outlook Express 6 did not install.

How do I install it please

In 3 days there have been no replies. How can anyone be expected to use a product with such poor support.

It seems that I'll have to reconsider using BitDefender.
