Cant Instal Total Security

hello i am unable to install total security i get to the part were i enter my registration key go to click next and nothing happens i tried running the installation as admin it didn't work

i have tried downloading it about 4 times i get the same every time also i tried to click evaluate this product so i could enter my key later but it still wont work it just gets stuck on the same part of the installation every time any help would be appreciated.

i just re installed windows 8 so its working now must of been a problem on my end thanks.
