Not Able To Register Internet Security 2013

I recently bought a licensed version of Bit defender internet security 2013.I am able to install it properly , but when i am trying to

I tried online chat support too and they asked me to get some logs form support tool ,which i already provided them .Still did not

get any response from them .

They have raised a ticket No . 201212051024247 for my issue. Still haven't got a response from them

Please help me resolve this issue. I was really excited about the 2013 version and wanted to get started with it as soon as i

bought the CD . Sadly i am still stuck in the registration process

Would really appreciate if you could help me out here.

i GOT an email saying they have done some settings with my serial key and asked me to register again. I tried registering again but it is still not working,.
