License Key?

Hi I just purchased Bitdefender 2013 Plus. When I recieved my purchase confirmation email it siad your license key is below. However there is no license key inculded in the email at all. When I click on the downoad link it just installs a 30 day trial version. Have tried contacting the support line but it says that number cannot be connected. Please help me to register my product :-(
