Failure To Proivde Customer Support

<img class=" /> I have initiated multiple customer support claims via embedded Bitdefender's support and via the forum, and every time tech reps responses have initially appeared initially helpful, but then communications comes to a screeching halt when the initial answer doesn't fix the problem.

I would like Bitdefender to provide a solution to the problem the software has created with Internet Explorer, and I would like management to contact me to explain how the level of support provided thus far is appropriate.


I am about to start posting accurate and damning reviews of your firm's software everywhere that it is review, especially on the site of the clowns who recommended your software so highly. Please start fulfilling your obligation to correct the problem your software has created so that is unnecessary.
