I Can't Register

i purchased Bitdefender Internet Security 2013

and tried many times to register with license key but wont register

and i tried to register with offline mode still wont register

i tried to uninstall/install still wont register

i tried to install the the product from http://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/internet-security.html

in case there's something wrong with CD still wont register

the strange thing i added the license key in my BD web account and its work .

but wont register from software !!!

im using Samsung Netbook windows 8 pro

and my region is middle east - Egypt

please Help

I see that your license key is for [AR] Bitdefender Internet Security 2013. You will need a special installation kit for this product, available for download here:
