Router Page Is Not Accessed

Hi,


I have installed bit difender 2013. Due to which I couldn't able to access the router home page.


I tried to add exception to my security rules, perhaps it asking for program name, which I can't provide, since I could'nt able find the program


in my system to map exception. Reason for that is the router login maps to http website.


any one can provide some suggestions.

    What are your Firewall Settings? You can try Adapter Rules. Also Bitdefender can't add rules without giving application name which are may be classified as "Packet Rules"

    1) Disable IDS


    2) Network Type : Home/Office or Trusted


    3) Stealth Mode: OFF


    4) Disable Block Port Scan

    I think you may have to rename the IDS driver temporarily in Safe Mode for accessing the router page but you will get more information from the technical support when they awake and bother to respond.
