No Support On Home Protection Forum.

Hi,

I would just like to know why does no one bother with answering any of our questions on the home and home office section of the forum, plenty of questions being asked about bitdefender plus av 2013 and zero support but on the business section there is plenty of support and help.

There are thousands of users that use the retail versions of bitdefender products so why is there no help for us?

Please can someone spare a thought and help us out.

I think we all would like an answer but I don't think things will change anytime soon and the lack of support for us is just shocking, lots of new threads on here and no reply's whatsoever. They cant even update the build number, so what chance have you got of getting your issues sorted. <img class= " />
