Downloading One Of The Installation Files Failed.

I though it would be so easy for me to install this app, never had a 2nd thought of purchasing it just now since this software tops my current anti virus software on most review sites and blogs but then i might hate it. Again i just purchased it 3 hours ago my last 2 hours was spent on installing this program and i really cant make it work.

i followed every bit of it, tried it 4 times in a row and its PITA.
i even downloaded the uninstall program for a clean installation then downloaded the offline version but still its a failure can someone help me or should i just ask for a refund?
geeeez i didnt had a problem on my other antivirus program.

ok i did that... it works and was installed successfully... i even installed anti theft on my device.
then updated the software i was so happy because after 4 hours of waiting and havong trouble with this software i manage to install it at last, so just to make sure everything is fine..
i restarted my laptop and guess what???
im stuck in windows logo... i even fall asleep waiting and still it wont boot..
GEEZ BITDEFENDER WHY ARE YOU SUCH PITA????

Are you able to boot in Safe Mode?
[How to restart in SAFE MODE With Networking]
- Restart the computer;
- Press the "F8" key several times before Microsoft Windows begins to load; you need to press "F8" until you will be displayed a text menu;
- Select "SAFE MODE With Networking"
